Returns and Refunds

At Dill & Johan Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind. This policy applies to orders that have not been shipped yet as well. We strive to provide accurate images for illustration purposes only, but please understand that colors, finishes, and textures may vary.

If you have an issue with your order and a refund or exchange is agreed upon by Dill & Johan Furniture, please be aware that an admin/handling fee may apply. Keep in mind that delivery charges and return costs will not be credited to you. Even if your product hasn't arrived at its destination, shipping costs cannot be refunded to the customer. In cases where shipping is free, the shipping costs incurred to deliver the order to the customer will be deducted from the final credit.

To qualify for a return, all items must be in their original packaging and in a resellable condition. We cannot accept returns if the original packaging has been ripped, damaged, or discarded. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse a return if the damage is due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use according to manufacturer's instructions, or failure to take reasonable care.

Please note that we reserve the right to determine how discounts are applied and to whom they are offered. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur in discount information. We cannot guarantee the availability or accuracy of the discounts beyond 24 hours after purchase. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure that the discount is applied at the time of purchase. Any concerns or issues related to discounts should be promptly addressed with our customer service team.

Lastly, special and custom orders begin production immediately after order placement. As these items are manufactured to your specifications, they cannot be returned, canceled, or changed at any time. Full payment is required for special orders and is non-refundable.

What if my Furniture Arrives Damaged?

Our policy regarding damaged items stipulates that customers must promptly notify us of any damage within 24 hours of the delivery date. This timeframe is crucial for us to assess and address the issue effectively, as we cannot discern the cause of the damage beyond this period. Failure to notify us within the specified timeframe will result in the unavailability of refunds for damaged goods. However, if customers adhere to the 24-hour notification window, they become eligible for a replacement. It is important to note that our policy does not extend refunds for cases of change of mind. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to ensure a seamless resolution process.
