Terrible customer service

Whilst the product itself is what I ordered and beautiful, I will never be shopping here again. After I ordered the mirror on 18 December 2023, I was aware of the 12 week pre order time frame. Once that time had expired and I still didn’t have a mirror or any updates from the store I tried to contact customer service on every platform available including a desperate instagram message, phone calls, Facebook messages, along with countless emails in the first instance and received no answer. After 6 months of no word I had presumed that I was scammed and had lost the $700+ I had paid. Then one day 6+ months later I arrive home to find an oversized package placed in the carport, addressed to someone else who lives no where near me. I tried to phone the couriers and numbers on the package to no success and there was no further info as to what the item even was and who it was sent from. The box sat there for 3+ weeks as I was unsure what to do with it and didn’t want to open an oversized package that wasn’t addressed to me. The customer service team then got in touch with me for the first time since placing the order (great to see their emails do infact work) to advise me that someone else has received my mirror and I had been delivered theirs. My package and very expensive mirror had been opened by another customer. A week later the situation was rectified and I was delivered the correct item 7 months after placing the order.
It doesn’t take much to update customers via email about the location of their items and would have gone a long way in ensuring a more positive overall experience with your store. You’ve lost my vote Dill & Johan.
